Goalkeeping Courses
The Goalkeeping School runs specialist courses that provide Goalkeepers aged 5-16 the opportunity to receive Specialist coaching which may not be available at their clubs.
Over recent years the courses have been attended by budding goalkeepers as well as those who want to train as a goalkeeper for the first time. Hundreds of goalkeepers have benefited from this specialist training with many goalkeepers progressing to professional academy boys clubs, girls Centre of Excellence’s and even international honours. Any goalkeeper showing sufficient potential could be recommended to professional clubs.
All courses guarantee improved performance and enhanced knowledge and provides in depth coaching in topics such as Footwork, Handling, Diving, Shot stopping, One v one’s, Distribution, Dealing with Crosses and the Back Pass as well as a specialist Speed, Agility and Quickness session.
The courses are designed to suit the needs of all abilities, ensuring that learning takes place in a fun, friendly and safe environment.
