Boxercise
Boxercise is a fitness based class and incorporates a number of boxing moves and techniques without physical contact. It focuses on upper and lower body exercises along with circuit training and skipping.
The sessions are run by a specilaist instructor who will perform and practise routines in a group to music.
Sessions will cover and develop the following:
Cardio Vascular Fitness
Flexibility
Strength
Agility
Balance
Coordination
All sessions are designed to meet the need of all abilities and therefore ensures learning takes place in a fun, safe and friendly environment.
