Circuit Training
Circuit training is a good way to have fun at the same time as an all over body workout. Six to ten exercises are completed one after another to music. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before resting and moving on to the next exercise. The training will include exercises such as press-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges, star jumps, skipping, shuttle runs, and step ups.
Sessions will cover and develop the following:
Cardio Vascular Fitness
Flexibility
Strength
Agility
Balance
Coordination
All sessions are designed to meet the need of all abilities and therefore ensures learning takes place in a fun, safe and friendly environment.
